A closer look at the PeoplePulse way
Step 1 – Custom Survey and Comms Design
PeoplePulse gives you access to a best-practice survey template and works with you to customise your questionnaire to suit your organisation’s current situation and needs. You can also bring your own questions, or use a mix.
PeoplePulse will also provide you with suggested wording for your survey pre-communications, invitations, reminders and thankyou messages.
Step 2 – Communicate and Collect
Our clients choose to co-brand their surveys with PeoplePulse as their trusted third-party provider, and to implement our unique anonymity setups, to protect respondents while encouraging higher completion rates and more ‘open’ feedback.
We’ll advise you on the right combination of SMS, kiosk, QR codes and/or email invites for each project, and PeoplePulse’s sophisticated survey software will then detect the respondent’s device and serve either a desktop or a mobile optimised questionnaire to ensure the best possible respondent experience.
Step 3 – Online Reporting and Insights Division
Identifying meaningful insights and reporting back to the business is vital. That’s why we’ve developed a range of time-saving options based on our experience working closely with HR experts in A/NZ, including:

Step 4 – Insights Division: Onsite Services
The PeoplePulse Insights Division lifts the load of the reporting stage for you, with our reporting experts guiding your senior leaders through your results, providing a third-party view of what your data is telling you, and the methodology behind it.
