A/NZ Staff Exit Practices Report

 

The ‘HR Experts Network’ is an initiative from PeoplePulse. This ‘Staff Exit Practices’ survey was the first in a series of surveys sent to all Network members. 426 HR Experts within the A/NZ region completed the survey and provided insight into this topical issue within the human capital landscape. Respondents came from a wide spectrum of Australian & NZ organisations – from the ASX 200 and large multi-nationals, Government Departments, right through to smaller 50 person firms.
